Challenge:
Car Insurance cost went up by 20% nationally. Leadway Insurance wanted to Increase the adoption of car insurance given the recent increment.
Insight:
Insurance suffers low penetration in Nigeria & Africa given the very idea & premise that the business model is built on; unforeseen circumstances! The idea that something may happen to one in the future negates people’s religious belief system and that makes it a bit tougher.
Our approach was to go the emotional route. People love their cars, men & women alike and we decided to play up love literally and asked people to show their cars some love by buying insurance for it during the number season of love- Valentine’s!
